Registration Issues

Although registering on our website is not required for our customers, doing so will make getting support a lot easier.

Couple of practical questions regarding upgrade and registration came through e-mail so we would like collect them all and answer here.

If you are an existing customer and you have registered or planning to do so then please:

  • If possible register using the same e-mail address used to make the original purchase, this way our system can match the sale record.
  • If you are using a different e-mail or just not sure about it then please provide us with your registration key and purchase id for verification. Both were provided at the time of the original purchase.
  • Once you have registered please login and verify your profile information. It is under “Main Menu->My Profile” on the left side or “My Profile” on the horizontal menu.


If you are a prospective customer then please keep in mind that we only allow full access to our website by users providing their real name at the time of registration. We take privacy issues seriously and do not share with or sell the user information to any third parties, we do it only for protection against spam and web vandals. Registering with fake name will not give you any more access then what is already available publicly, there is no point in doing so.
