HBBR Basic version v2.500 has been released and is available for purchase, details can be found on product Purchase page.

Users with current subscription are encouraged to update to the v2.500.529 release using Upgrade page.

The v2.500 release adds significant features:

  • New compiler, v2.500 backend generates  more efficient code with 25% or more size reduction for user code.
  • PC based Emulator for easy debugging, same code can run on PC and microcontroller.

  • LPC2000 series
  • AT91SAM7 series

Helpdesk - HBBR user support

With the HBBRB v2.500 release we are introducing  Helpdesk - user support feature on our website. Helpdesk will be used to track all of the issues related to our products. Users  (have to be registered) can create new support cases, submit required information and then track progress of their support case.

Helpdesk features:

  • Integrated Knowledgebase
  • Users can view progress on cases and submit additional information
  • Built-in reporting
  • Case categories

Microchip rises bar with new PIC devices

With the introduction of 3 new families of PIC32 devices Microchip has raised the bar in MCU world.

The new PIC32MX5/6/7 families provide up to 128 Kbytes of RAM add 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, one or  two CAN controllers as well as USB with Host, Device and OTG capabilities, and come with  a number of standard peripherals.
