The File menu offers the following commands:
Table 2.1.
| New | Creates a new document. |
| Open | Opens an existing document. |
| Save | Saves an opened document using the same file name. |
| Save As | Saves an opened document to a specified file name. |
| Sat As Project Main | Set selected file to be Main file. |
| Remove From Project | Remove selected file from project. |
| Properties | Show selected file properties. |
| New Project | Creates a new project. |
| Open Project | Open a project. |
| Save Project | Save current project. |
| Save Project As | Save current project as new project. |
| Save Project HEX File | Save HEX file in the current project. |
| Close Project | Close current project. |
| Prints a document. | |
| Print Preview | Displays the document on the screen as it would appear printed. |
| Print Setup | Selects a printer and printer connection. |
| Exit | Exits HBBR Basic. |
