Switch to Watch/Stack View select menu: View->Watch/Stack. The Watch Wiew is a list view showing current value of debug expressions. It has Expression, Value and Address columns.

Both Expression and Value are editable by selecting the row and then clicking it the respective column. Stack View shows current top of the stack after breakpoint has been encountered.

Stack View shows current arguments and local variables below top node with text set to the current Function, Sub or Irq. Stack View allows to add both arguments and locals as watch expressions to Watch View through a context menu. To add watch expression expand Arguments and/or Locals then right click on the item and select Add to Watch from the context menu. Watch expressions can also be typed directly.
