Atmel has released first Cortex-M3 based MCUs in AT91SAM3U series. The new chips target high end of microcontroller applications with high speed USB, SDIO/SD/MMC, memory protection unit MPU, 96MHz clock, up to 256K Flash/52K SRAM, programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and 12-bit 1 Msps ADC.
